Pudding rambutan

ngredient:

Dough I

  • 1200ml water
  • 400 gr sliced rambutan
  • 2 agar-agar red powder
  • 500gr sugar
  • 0,5 teaspoon salt

dough II

  • 750ml milk
  • 1 agar-agar white powder
  • 150 gr sugar

Direction

Dough I

  1. Mix rambutan, added with water
  2. Added with agar-agar powder
  3. Added with sugar and salt
  4. Bowl and stir ±15 minutes

Dough II

  1. heat boiling milk and sugar, stir

  • 500gr gula pasir

  • 750ml susu
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar putih
  • 150 gr gula pasir

Cara:

Bahan I

  • Blender rambutan, tambah dengan air
  • Campur rambutan dengan agar-agar, tambah dengan gula dan garam
  • Didihkan sambil aduk-aduk selama 15 menit

Bahan II

  • Rebus susu, agar-agar, dan gula sambil diaduk
  • Tuang bahan I, satu lapis dan bekukan
  • Tuang bahan II diatasnya 1 lapis, dan seterusnya
  • Sajikan dingin
